Private Group Snorkeling
Private boat tours for 15–25 guests
Great for company outings, clubs, and group vacations
With Okinawa Aquamarine’s private group snorkeling tour, you can charter the boat for up to 25 guests and enjoy the Kerama Islands with just your group.
Groups of fewer than 15 can also book a private tour by paying for 15 guests. Groups of 15–25 pay for the actual number of guests.
This tour works well for company outings, school trips, club trips, groups of friends, and family gatherings in Okinawa.
With no other guests on board, your group can relax and enjoy the trip at a pace that works for everyone.
If some guests are new to snorkeling or not confident swimmers, our staff will explain how to use the gear and what to know before entering the water.
Choose a half-day trip that fits easily into your travel plans or a full-day trip with more time to enjoy the Kerama Islands.
Great for These Groups
- Company outings and team events
- School trips and educational tours
- College clubs and social groups
- Trips with friends
- Family gatherings and trips with relatives
- Groups that want a boat just for themselves
- Groups with beginners or less confident swimmers
- Organizers who want to discuss the schedule and activities
- Groups looking to make memories together in the Kerama Islands
3 Reasons to Choose Our Private Group Snorkeling Tour
① A Private Boat for Up to 25 Guests
Unlike a regular shared tour, the boat is reserved for your group of up to 25 guests.
Smaller groups can also charter the boat by paying for 15 guests.
Chat, take photos, and spend time together on your company or club trip without sharing the boat with other guests.
Even the boat ride becomes part of your group’s day together.
② Support for Beginners and Less Confident Swimmers
Before entering the water, we show first-time snorkelers how to use a mask and snorkel, breathe comfortably, and snorkel safely.
If you are not a confident swimmer, you can use flotation gear and join with support from our staff.
We take each person’s experience and comfort level into account rather than asking everyone to go at the same pace.
③ Half-Day and Full-Day Options
Choose a half-day trip if you have other sightseeing or dining plans, or a full-day trip if you want more time at sea.
Tell us your schedule, group size, and what you would like to do. We’ll help you choose a suitable trip.

Trip Options and Group Size
Half-Day Trip (3 Hours: Morning 9:30 AM–12:30 PM / Afternoon 2:00–5:00 PM)
A good option for groups that want to enjoy the Kerama Islands without taking up the whole day.
It fits easily around sightseeing, meals, and company or school trip schedules.
Full-Day Trip (10:00 AM–3:00 PM) — Times Can Be Adjusted
A good choice for groups that want to spend more time in the Kerama Islands.
Depending on sea conditions, we visit several snorkeling spots and have more time in the water and on the boat than on a half-day trip.
Our snorkeling sites around Chibishi are about 20–30 minutes by boat from Naha.
Group Size
Our private group snorkeling tours can accommodate up to 25 guests.
Groups of 15–25 pay per person. Groups of 14 or fewer can charter the boat at the rate for 15 guests.
We cannot accommodate groups of 26 or more on this tour due to boat capacity limits.
Private Group Snorkeling Prices
Rates are per person, the same as on our regular snorkeling tours.
For groups of 15–25, the total is based on the number of guests.
For groups of fewer than 15, the minimum charge is the rate for 15 guests.

“I’ve never snorkeled before.”
“I’m not a strong swimmer.”
“I’m nervous in deep water.”
If any of these sound familiar, you can still ask us about joining.
Before entering the water, we explain how to use a mask and snorkel, breathe through the snorkel, and move comfortably in the water.
Our instructors stay nearby while you snorkel.
Life jackets and buoyant wetsuits help you stay afloat at the surface.

We check in with everyone at the meeting point and ask about their health that day.
We also help fit your snorkeling gear.
Once everyone is ready, we leave Naha by boat for the Kerama Islands.
We choose a snorkeling spot based on the day’s sea conditions.

We take time to make sure first-time snorkelers understand everything.
Enter the water with our instructors and explore the Kerama Islands.
